摘要
基于ANSYS有限元软件,对中厚板轧制过程中的夹杂物变形进行数值模拟分析,通过厚度方向的压下传递,解决了微小夹杂物的建模问题,获得了更为准确的数据结果。还分别对MnS和Al2O3软硬两种夹杂物进行数值分析,得到了不同夹杂物产生裂纹缺陷的过程,为更好地控制轧制过程中的夹杂物形态及钢板内部裂纹萌生提供了理论计算基础。
Based on ANSYS finite element software,the numerical simulation analysis of inclusion in medium plate during rolling was carried out.Through the press deformation in thickness direction,the model of the tiny inclusions was established,more accurate data were obtained.The hard Al2O3 and soft MnS inclusions were analyzed,the process of different crack defects of inclusions was obtained.It provides a theory basis for better controlling inclusions shape and internal crack initiation of medium plate during rolling.
