摘要
目的探讨中西医结合药物治疗对子宫肌瘤患者的临床疗效。方法将90例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察各45例,观察组服用米非司酮+红金消结胶囊,对照组服用米非司酮+安慰剂,疗程为3个月,比较2组患者疗效和治疗前后血清雌激素E2水平。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血清雌激素E2水平则低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论中西医药物联合治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of western combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 90 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into observational group and control group equally. Observational group received Mifepristone combined with Hongjinxiaojie capsules for 3 months. At the same time, control group received mifepristone and placebo for 3 months. The efficacy and serum estrogen E2 levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observational group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.01）, Serum estrogen E2 levels after treatment were lower in observational group compared with controlgroup（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Western combination with traditional chinese medicine treatment of uterine fibroids is safe and effective, and worthy of clinical application.
