摘要
"五四"新文化运动时期,宣传贤妻良母主义的《妇女杂志》遭到批判,章锡琛对其实施全面改革,由"家政参考书"锐变为"妇女解放言论利器"。但因改革过于激进,超越了时代步伐,导致章锡琛不得不离开杂志,《妇女杂志》也重新回归为女性软性读物。
During the May Fourth New Cultural Movement,the Women＇s Magazine was criticized for publicizing the ideal notion of women as good wife and good mother.Zheng Xichen started a radical reform to transform this journal as a ＂reference book in housekeeping＂ into a ＂sharp weapon for women＇s liberation＂.But the reform turned out to be too radical and futuristic,and Zhang Xichen was forced to quit his job at the magazine.As a result,the Women＇s Magazine slipped back to its original shape of a soft reader for women.
