摘要
目的检测食物不耐受患者血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体并分析食物不耐受的原因。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测440例患者血清中14项食物特异性IgG抗体。其中儿童组220例、成人组220例。结果在检测的14种食物特异性IgG抗体中,牛奶和鸡蛋阳性率最高;总阳性率儿童组明显高于成人组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过14项食物特异性IgG抗体的浓度检测分析,各种人群都存在食物不耐受现象,儿童与成年女性最为常见。
Objective To analyze the reason of food intolerance by detecting the 14 kinds of food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of patient with food intolerance.Methods We used the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)to detect the 14 kinds of food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of 440 patients including 220 children and 200 adults.Results The positive rates of the specific IgG antibodies in milk and eggs were higher than that of other food,the total positive rate in children group was higher than that in adult group(P〈0.05).Conclusion According to the test result of the 14 kinds of food allergen specific IgG antibodies in serum of 440 patients,we conclude that the food intolerance is common in all people and it is more prevalent in children and adult women.
