摘要
目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)对大运动量耐力训练大鼠血清CK(肌酸激酶)和CK-MM(肌酸激酶同工酶)含量的影响。方法:将40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、正常刺激组、治疗1组、治疗2组,每组8只。模型组和治疗组的大鼠进行8周大运动量跑台训练,治疗1组、治疗2组的大鼠分别于跑台训练前1h和跑台训练后1h采用TEAS干预手段,刺激大鼠"后足三里"和"环跳"穴位,正常刺激组不进行跑台训练,刺激方法同治疗组。8周跑台训练结束后,检测大鼠血清CK和CK-MM的水平。结果:TEAS能显著降低大鼠血清CK和CK-MM的水平,与模型组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:TEAS可以防止因过度训练导致骨骼肌细胞的损伤,显著降低大鼠血清CK和CK-MM的水平,起到防治运动性疲劳的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of transcutaneous electrical stimulation (TEAS) to the Serum CK (Creatine kinase) and CK-MM (Creatine kinase isoenzyme) levels of the rats with large amount of exercise endurance training. Methods: Randomly divided 40 male SD rats into normal group, model group, normal stimulation group, treatment group 1, treatment group 2, each group had 8 cases. The rats of model group and treatment groups with 8 weeks treadmill training exercise, the treatment group 1 used TEAS intervention to stimulate the Hou Zusanli and Huantiao points before one hour of treadmill training, while the treatment group 2 used TEAS intervention to stimulate the Houzusanli and Huantiao points after one hour of treadmill training, the normal stimulation group without treadmill training and the stimulation method same as treatment group. After 8 weeks treadmill training detect the serum CK and CK-MM levels. Results: TEAS can significantly reduce the serum CK and CK-MM level, compared with model group, there was significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: TEAS can prevent over-training from muscle cell damage, significantly reduce the serum CK and CK-MM level and play a role of prevent exercise-induced fatigue.
