摘要
采用轮胎专用有限元分析软件TYSYS对3种方案11.00R20 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎(方案1~3轮胎的1#带束层宽度分别为165,137和175 mm)进行有限元分析,以确定1#带束层的最佳宽度。有限元分析结果表明:3种方案轮胎充气外缘尺寸均符合国家标准要求;在相同负荷下,随着1#带束层宽度增大,轮胎下沉量逐渐减小;在大负荷下,方案2轮胎胎肩局部应变能的极大值以及应变能之和均较小,有利于提高轮胎的使用性能。耐久性试验结果表明:方案2轮胎的耐久性能优于方案1轮胎,与有限元分析结果一致。
In order to optimize the width of 1# belt,three 11.00R20 TBR tires(from tire 1 to 3,the widths of 1# belt were 165,137 and 175 mm,respectively) were analyzed by the FEA special software.The FEA results showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension of three tires reached the requirement of national standard;under same load,the tire deflection decreased as the width of 1# belt increased;under large load,both the max strain energy and total strain energy in tire shoulder of tire 2 were smaller,which could be beneficial to tire performance.The endurance test results showed that,the endurance of tire 2 was better than tire 1,which was in accordance with the FEA results.
