摘要
目的观察远道刺配合穴位埋线治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将62例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组采用远道刺配合穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗,2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为96.8%,对照组为83.9%。两组疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论远道刺配合穴位埋线是一种治疗偏头痛的有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of combined acupuncture and embedding therapy at distant acupoints for treating migraine. Methods Sixty-two patients with migraine were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 31 in each. The treatment group was treated by combined acupuncture and embedding therapy at distant acupoints, and the control was treated by conventional therapy. The clinical effects were evaluated after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 96.8%, versus 83.9% in the control, and the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Combined acupuncture and embedding therapy at distant acupoints is an effective approach in treating migraine.
