摘要
以COD去除率高低衡量枯草芽孢杆菌净水能力,研究了不同投菌量、处理方式、水样pH值、处理温度、水样富营养化程度对枯草芽孢杆菌净水能力的影响。结果表明,该菌株能迅速降解不同水样中有机物,在不同处理条件下水样的COD都有明显的下降。最佳处理条件为投菌量10%、振荡培养、pH值7.0、温度37℃及COD较低的水样。在最佳处理条件下,枯草芽孢杆菌对于初始COD浓度较低的水样处理效果更好,而COD含量越高则需要较长时间才能将水样中有机物质降解。
The purification ability of Bacillus subtilis which was evaluated by the level of COD removal rate on two kinds of eutrophic water under the conditions of different inoculum,treatment method,pH value,temperature and eutrophic level was studied.The results showed that B.subtilis could decompose the organic matters in various sewages rapidly,the level of COD decreased obviously in different treatments.The optimal conditions were 10% of inoculum,shaking culture,pH 7.0,37 ℃,and lower COD level.Under the optimal treatment condition,the purification effect of B.Subtilis was better on eutrophic water with lower initial COD than that with higher COD.
