摘要
以城市轨道车辆为研究对象,建立一列出口沙特城轨车的适用于高度非线性碰撞的有限元模型,结合碰撞的实际工况,对十二节编组列车满载时以20 km/h撞刚性墙进行碰撞仿真,分析整列车在碰撞时的车体头部以及两车连挂处产生塑性变形的程度,车与车之间的吸能情况,从而寻找车间的撞击力、撞击作用时间、以及各车的速度、加速度等一系列参数的变化规律,得到在该速度下车体的耐撞性能,以此来检验车体的抗撞性设计的效果.
According to the structural characteristics of metro vehicles,a finite element model suitable to the highly nonlinear collision simulation is established.Collision simulation is carried out for a full loaded 12-car train colliding with a rigid wall at 20 km/h.The extent of plastic deformations at the joints between coupled adjacent two vehicles and the front headstocks of leading vehicles and the situations of vehicle-vehicle energy absorption are analyzed in order to find out the changes of impact forces,collision action times between vehicles,and speeds,accelerations of vehicles.Thus crashworthiness performances of car body shells at different speeds can be obtained.
