摘要
采用均匀设计研究了提取温度、提取时间、液固比例对博湖蘑菇子实体中多糖提取得率的影响。结果表明:提取温度是影响多糖提取得率的主要因素,最佳提取工艺参数为:提取温度100℃,提取时间3.5 h,液固比35∶1。在此条件下,博湖蘑菇子实体多糖提取得率为20.02%。
Experiments were performed in terms of uniform design to test the influence of temperature,time and liquid-solid ratio on the extraction yield of polysaccharide from the fruiting bodies of Bohu mushroom.The results revealed that temperature was the main factor influencing the extraction yield of polysaccharide.The best extraction processing parameters were that extraction temperature,100℃,extraction time,3.5 h;liquid-solid ratio,35∶1.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharide from the fruiting bodies of Bohu mushroom was 20.02%.
