摘要
为对职业技能大赛对高职学生产生的影响进行实证分析,本文通过问卷调查采集数据,对参赛过和未参赛过学生的综合情况进行Logistic回归分析,对三年级学生的就业情况以及学生参赛前后的情况均进行多元方差分析,结果显示大赛对学生的专业认识、自学能力、就业处境等多方面存在积极影响,而对学生的创新精神、自信心和竞争意识等方面则影响不大。通过分析明确了"以赛促教"的教学活动观,同时为高职院校教育改革、大赛制度改革和调整方向提供了参考。
To empirically analyze the influence of vocational skills contest on vocational students,the authors conducted a questionnaire survey on participants and non-participants for an overall study and a Logistic regression analysis.Multivariate Analyses of variance(Multivariate ANOVA) are also performed on the employment situation of the graduating participants and non-participants,and also on the general situation before and after the contest.The results show that contests have had positive some effect on the students' professional knowledge,self-learning,employment situation,etc.,and little effect on their innovative spirit,self-confidence,sense of competition,etc.This study seems to favor such a teaching concept of higher vocational education as "contest to promote education",and to provide references for the education reform of vocational colleges and modification of the contests.
