摘要
推行全面质量管理是提高文物保护工程质量水平的重要途径,开展全面质量管理必须做好质量教育、标准化与计量工作、信息管理与质量情报、质量责任制等几个方面的基础技术工作。
The important approach for improving the quality of conservation project is to implement the total quality management. To carry out total quality management, good jobs are necessary to be done on quality education, standardization, measurement, information management, quality information, quality responsibility and other aspects of the basic technical work.
