摘要
测定了甘蓝叶片的临界表面张力、0.78~12.50 mg/L的0.5%甲维盐微乳剂和1.0%甲维盐乳油药液的表面张力和药液内表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度以及0.5%甲维盐微乳剂药液液滴在甘蓝叶上的润湿展布动态。结果表明:3.12 mg/L、6.25 mg/L和12.50 mg/L0.5%甲维盐微乳剂药液的表面张力小于甘蓝叶的临界表面张力,药液内的表面活性剂达到了临界胶束浓度。将药液点滴在甘蓝叶面的瞬间,液滴的接触角小于90°,并最终在叶面完全润湿展布。0.78 mg/L药液的表面张力大于甘蓝叶的临界表面张力,1.56 mg/L药液的表面张力小于甘蓝的临界表面张力,而药液内的表面活性剂均没有达到临界胶束浓度。将药液点滴在甘蓝叶面的瞬间,液滴的接触角大于100°,经80 min后仍不能在甘蓝叶面完全的润湿展布。1.0%甲维盐乳油药液内表面活性剂达到临界胶束浓度后,药液的表面张力仍然大于甘蓝叶的临界表面张力,在1.56~100.00 mg/L的相同浓度下,单位面积甘蓝叶片上的药液滞留量少于0.5%甲维盐微乳剂药液的滞留量。
The critical surface tension of cabbage leaf,surface tensions of 0.5% emamection-benzoate ME and 1.0% emamection-benzoate EC at concentrations of 0.78-12.50 mg/L,the CMC(critical micelle concentration) of surfactant in these solutions and wet-spreading dynamics of 0.5% emamection-benzoate ME on cabbage leaves were measured in laboratory.Results showed that the surface tensions of ME at 3.12 mg/L,6.25 mg/L and 12.50 mg/L were less than the critical surface tension of cabbage leaf and the surfactant in the solution reached the CMC.The contact angles of the droplets of these solutions were smaller than 90° at the moment when the solutions were dropped on cabbage leaves and the droplets were wet and spread on the leaves ultimately.Solution surface tension of ME at 0.78 mg/L was greater than the critical surface tension of cabbage leaf,and the surface tension of ME at 1.56 mg/L was smaller than the critical surface tension of the leaf,but the surfactant in the solutions did not reached the CMC.The contact angles of the droplets of two solutions were larger than 100°at the moment when the solutions were dropped on cabbage leaves and the droplets could not spread wet on the leaves 80 min later.It was known from the results that the surface tensions of EC at the concentrations of 0.78-12.50 mg/L were greater than the critical surface tension of cabbage leaf even though the surfactant in the solutions reached the CMC.The amount of EC solution retented was much less than that of ME on cabbage leaf at the same concentration of 1.56-100.00 mg/L.
