摘要
旅游电子商务是当前旅游业发展的新形式,电子商务和旅游业具有天生的适应性。文中在对广州市已建成的乡村旅游电子商务网站的内容交付性进行研究的基础上,指出广州市乡村旅游电子商务网站存在建设水平落后、内容单一、信息以展示为主,内容交互能力差、建设雷同,缺乏个性等问题,并为广州市乡村旅游电子商务网站的建设提出了建设权威网站、优化网站的电子商务功能、开展乡村旅游电子商务多元化、注重客户关系的开发,建立顾客的申诉渠道等对策建议。
Electronic commerce for tourism is the current new forms of tourism development. Electronic business and tourism is an adaptation. The paper, on the basis of content delivery performance of e-commerce website for rural tourism of Guangzhou, points out that there are many problems on the e-commerce website, such as the low construction level, the single content, information showing as the main form, the ability of content delivery performance with poor, identical construction and lack of individuality. The author also puts forward many suggestions, for in- stance that constructing authoritative website, optimization function, diversification, paying attention to the development of customer relationships and building customer complaint channels, on e-commerce for rural tourism of Guangzhou.
