摘要
在软件外包人才培养现状的基础上,分析软件外包人才需求情况,提出建设基于校企合作的软件外包人才平台的设想,研究软件外包人才的培养目标、培养方案、课程体系建设和实训实践等内容。
Software outsourcing personnel training platform based on the school-enterprise cooperation is constructed based on the analysis of the status of software outsourcing personnel training and requirement.The trainning scheme,curriculum system and the practice training is constructed based on the platform.
