摘要
目的探讨社区护士在团队式服务模式中的角色功能和影响因素。方法对14名医护人员采用半结构式面对面深度访谈进行资料收集与整理分析。结果社区团队式服务模式中护理工作模式包括基本医疗服务为主、承担较多非社区团队护士工作和较少承担公共卫生服务角色;影响因素包括政府的投入与政策支持、公共卫生服务的效率与可行性、社区护士自身的能力和社会对专业的认可与信任。结论为更好发挥社区团队式服务模式中社区护士的角色功能,需要坚持政府为主导并加大社区卫生服务支持与投入力度,明确社区护士团队服务职责,完善社区护理人才培养机制。
Objective To explore the role functions of community health nurses in the team work model and its related factors. Methods Semi - structured interview was adopted in the study and totally 14 medical staffs were interviewed. Results The characteristics of community health nursing in the team work model included basic medical services being their major task, undertaking more non - nursing work and less public health nursing services. The related factors were budget input of the government and policy supports, efficiency and feasibility of public health care services, self competences of community health nurses, and recognition and trust of the society to the profession. Conclusion To enhance the role functions of community health nurses in the team work model, it is necessary to adhere to the government - leading model and the government should improve supports and budget input for community health services. In addition,the specific duties of community health nurses in the team work model should be identified clearly and the training system of community health nurses should be improved.
