摘要
目的:筛选鲜巴戟天盐制工艺参数,为巴戟天的盐制炮制工艺提供一定的技术参考。方法:采用单因素试验对蒸制时间、盐水浓度、闷润时间进行考察,再根据单因素考察结果进行正交试验设计,综合分析优选出工艺参数。结果:20%的盐水浓度,浸泡45 min,蒸制时间1.5 h最佳。结论:工艺操作简单,应用方便。
Objective:To screen the technological parameters of the fresh Morindae Officinalis Radix in process with salt.Method:The ranges of salt concentration,soaking time,and steaming time were pretested with the single factor method.The comprehensive experiments were arranged with orthogonal design.Result and Conclusion:The optimal processing conditions are as follows:the concentration of sodium chloride is 20%,soaking time was 45 minutes,and the steaming time was 1.5 hours.
