摘要
目的:筛选鲜巴戟天盐制工艺参数,为巴戟天的盐制炮制工艺提供一定的技术参考。方法:采用单因素试验对蒸制时间、盐水浓度、闷润时间进行考察,再根据单因素考察结果进行正交试验设计,综合分析优选出工艺参数。结果:20%的盐水浓度,浸泡45 min,蒸制时间1.5 h最佳。结论:工艺操作简单,应用方便。
Objective：To screen the technological parameters of the fresh Morindae Officinalis Radix in process with salt.Method：The ranges of salt concentration,soaking time,and steaming time were pretested with the single factor method.The comprehensive experiments were arranged with orthogonal design.Result and Conclusion：The optimal processing conditions are as follows：the concentration of sodium chloride is 20%,soaking time was 45 minutes,and the steaming time was 1.5 hours.
