根治性前列腺切除术后继续治疗时机及方法的选择
摘要
美国每年新发男性恶性肿瘤患者中几乎25％为前列腺癌（prostate cancer，PCa）[1]，其中40％需要接受根治性前列腺切除术（radical prostatectom，Rp）[2]。随着前列腺特异性抗原（prostate specific antigen，PSA）筛查及前列腺穿刺活检在我国的不断普及，局部早期CaP发病率迅速上升并导致RP数量的逐年上升。RP具有良好的肿瘤进展控制能力，
