摘要
目的 :研究补肾益气养血复方中药地甘口服液对辐射损伤小鼠胸腺、脾脏基质细胞形成的影响。方法 :小鼠接受 60 Coγ射线 6Gy照射后 ,立即给予地甘口服液灌服治疗 ,每日 2次 (每次 0 .5～ 0 .6m l) ,连续 7日 ,第 8日无菌状态下取胸腺及脾脏制成单细胞悬液。取一定浓度细胞分别进行培养 ,定期观察生长情况 ,并于第 14日计数其基质细胞集落形成单位。结果 :辐射损伤组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏培养的基质细胞集落数 (分别为7.619± 1.3 40和 3 .4 5 0± 0 .915 )均明显低于正常组 (分别为 17.3 2 0± 1.875和 8.0 0 0± 0 .966) ,P均 <0 .0 1,地甘口服液组小鼠胸腺和脾脏的基质细胞集落数 ( 14 .74 0± 1.0 13和 6.3 61± 0 .819)虽较正常组低 ( P均 <0 .0 1) ,但仍明显高于辐射损伤组 ( P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :地甘口服液能增强辐射损伤小鼠胸腺、脾脏基质细胞的形成。
Objective:To study the influences of compound Digan Oral L iquid〔( DGOL ,地甘口服液 ) , Bushen Yiqi Yangxue herbs(补肾益气养血中药 )〕,on colony forming unit of thymus and spleen stroma cells in mice injuried by radiation.Methods:Being irradiated by 6Gy 60 Coγ ray later,the mice were feed with DGOL im mediately to treat two tim es a day( 0 .5 0 .6m l each time) for7days.On8th day the thymus and spleen were taken aseptically to prepare the suspension of single cell then certain concentration of cells was cul- tured separately.The conditions of cell growth were observed and on 14 th day the fibroblastic colony form ing units( CFU F) were counted.Results:The num bers of thym us and spleen stroma cells cultured in m ice in- juried by radiation ( 7.619± 1.3 40 and3 .4 5 0± 0 .915 ) were significantly lower than those in normal group ( 17.3 2 0± 1.875 and8.0 0 0± 0 .966,both P<0 .0 1) .Although the numbers of strom a cells in DGOL group ( 14 .74 0± 1.0 13 and 6.3 61± 0 .819) were lower than those in norm al group ( both P<0 .0 1) ,they were signifi- cantly higher than those in healthy group recovering from radiation injury( both P<0 .0 1) .Conclusions:DGOL is able to enhance the form ation of thymus and spleen stroma cells in m ice injuried by radiation.
