摘要
目的探讨临床路径方法对提高抑郁症患者健康教育质量的临床效果。方法回顾性分析大连医科大学附属第一医院2006年2月至2010年12月收治入院的200例抑郁症患者临床资料,随机将200例患者分为两组,观察组100例采用临床路径实施治疗和护理,对照组100例患者按护理常规进行护理和健康教育指导,观察住院全程效果。于入院时、出院时采用汉密顿抑郁量表、健康知识知晓测评表、依从性调查问卷、护理工作满意度调查问卷进行测评分析。结果出院时观察组汉密顿抑郁量表评分较对照组下降更显著(P<0.01),健康知识的掌握、治疗依从性、对护理服务工作的满意度等方面均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05或0.01),住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.01);文化水平的高低与抑郁症程度有相关性。结论临床路径能显著提高健康教育效果和护理服务质量,使患者主动参与治疗,缩短住院时间,对降低抑郁症复发,降低医疗成本,巩固疗效有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical pathway approach to improve the quality of health education for patients with depression the clinical effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 2006 to 2010 admitted to hospital in December of 200 patients with depression clinical data,200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,observed 100 patients with clinical pathway treatment and care,control group of 100 patients were routinely by nursing care and health education guidance,observing the whole effect of hospitalization.At admission,at discharge using the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,health knowledge assessment form,compliance questionnaires,nursing job satisfaction questionnaires Evaluation.Results The study group at discharge Hamilton depression scale decreased more significantly than the control group(P0.01),health knowledge of the master,treatment compliance,nursing services and other aspects of job satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P0.05 or 0.01),length of hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group(P0.01);culture and level of correlation between the degree of depression.Conclusion The clinical pathway can significantly improve the effectiveness of health education and nursing service quality,so that patients actively participate in treatment,shorter hospital stays,reducing recurrence of depression,lower health care costs,and consolidate a positive effect.
