摘要
目的:运用CT薄层扫描技术,提高对腔隙性脑梗死的检出率。材料与方法:对于怀疑脑内有小的出血灶或腔隙性脑梗死病灶时,应密切结合病人的临床表现及体征,在怀疑的CT层面用5mm层厚扫描,即在被怀疑的层面为中心层面上下连扫3层,这样一些小的出血病灶或腔隙性梗死灶方能被显示出来,才能做出明确的CT诊断。结果:小的出血病灶或腔隙性梗死灶均能被显示出来,做出了明确的CT诊断,减少了对疾病的漏诊或误诊。结论:运用CT厚层和薄层扫描技术的结合,有效地提高了CT诊断与临床诊断符合率,有效地配合了临床医生对患者疾病的诊断和及时正确的治疗。
Purpose:Thin CT scanning technology to increase the detection rate of lacunar infarction.Materials and Methods:For the suspect had a small brain hemorrhage and lacunar infarction or lesions should be closely combined with the patient's clinical presentation and signs,the level of suspicion with 5mm thickness CT scans,that is suspected as the central level,sweeping up and down with 3 layers,so that some small bleeding lesions or lacunar infarction can only be shown to make a clear CT diagnosis.Results:Small bleeding lesions or lacunar infarction can be displayed,made a clear CT diagnosis,reducing missed or misdiagnosed disease.Conclusion:The use of thick and thin CT scanning technology combination effectively improved CT diagnosis and clinical diagnosis rate,effective for patients with clinical doctors and timely diagnosis and correct treatment.
