摘要
影响维持性血液透析患者生存质量的因素是多方面综合交互作用的，其主要包括认知因素、疾病和治疗因素、文化因素、社会因素、心理因素、家庭状况等。帮助患者了解诸多因素、求得社会及家庭支持，可以提高患者生存质量。改进透析患者的生存质量方式，正确及时的进行心理疏导、药物指导，并实施有效的健康指导，能够保证疗效，提高患者生存质量。
