摘要
目的:调查护士对执业环境影响因素及改善方法的看法,为改善执业环境提供科学依据。方法:自行设计问卷,整群抽取该院926名护士进行调查,主要采用描述性统计分析。结果:被调查者认为影响执业环境的因素有多种,其中排前3位的是工作负荷、医疗环境、医院同事和管理层的支持;护士对改善执业环境的主观看法中,排前3位的是提高福利待遇、减轻工作压力和提高护士地位。结论:减轻工作负荷,提高福利待遇,提高护士地位,政府和医院各管理层多方面的支持是改善护士执业环境的重要因素。
Objective： To investigate nurses, opinions of influencing factors and improving methods of their work environments which could provide retbrences fbr further improvement. Methods： A Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 926 nurses by cluster sampling in our hospital. Descriptive statistic analysis was used. Results： There were many fhctors influencing nurses＇work environment. The three top factors were work load, medical environments and the support from hospital and colleagues. The three top opinions of improving work environments were increasing welfare treatment, alleviating work load and improving nurse＇ social status. Conclusion： There are some effective measures to improve nurses＇ working environment, including alleviating work load, increasing welfare treatment, improving social status and receiving support from government and hospital.
