摘要
采用森林水文学、陆地水文学及3S技术原理与方法,基于遥感影像NDV I指数与水文学模型参数的关联,构建森林植被覆盖率与洪水淹没耦合关系模型,计算了现状和高植被覆盖率情景下潖江滞洪区可能出现的洪水灾害。当潖江口分洪百年一遇洪水时,70%植被覆盖率情景与现状条件相比,淹没面积减少32.8%,农业损失减少40%,固定资产投资减少13.4%,提高了人员生命安全的保障程度。
A study was conducted to develop a coupling model between the forest coverage rate and flood submerged area according to the principles of forest hydrology,land hydrology and 3S technology,based on the relationship between Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI) for remote sensing images and parameters of hydrology models.The possible flood disasters in Pajiang River were analyzed under the current situation as well as at a high forest coverage rate.When a flood with a frequency of one hundred years occurs,the floor submerged area,the agricultural loss,and the fixed assets investment will reduce by 32.8 percent,40 percent and 13.4 percent respectively at a coverage rate of 70 percent,compared with those under the current situation.This results show that the guarantee of life safety can be improved in the detention basin of Pajiang River when the forest coverage rate is 70 percent.
