摘要
从发展的角度出发,构建一套基于技术转移与产学研R&D投入双重视角下的综合增长指标体系,以我国30个省市为实证研究对象,通过模型定量测算并分析了区域技术转移与产学研R&D投入的增长效率及其对区域经济增长的影响。最后提出通过技术转移及研发投入促进区域经济发展的相关政策建议。
From the concept of development, in this paper we constructed a synthesize growth index system which based on the dual perspective of Technology Transfer and Industry-University-Research R＆D Investment, then we took 30 regions of China for empirical study, measured and analyzed the regional growth efficiency of Technology Transfer and Industry-University-Research R＆D Investment, and its effect to regional economic growth. Finally we gave certain policy suggestions for the regional economic development through Technology Transfer and Industry-University-Research R＆D Investment.
