摘要
普及食疗知识对于维护老年人的健康具有重要意义。本文通过问卷调查对山东大学区老年人有关食疗知识的认知、应用及需求等几个方面进行实证研究,分析了老年人食疗知识普及教育的现状特点,提出相应的食疗知识普及教育的参考建议,为老年人食疗普及化教育提供相应指导。
The popularization of dietetic therapy knowledge is of great significance for the maintenance of the elderly health.By the questionnaire investigating,this paper studied the cognitive condition,knowing and demand of dietetic therapy knowledge among elderly population in the city of Jinan.Based on the analysis of status and characteristics of dietetic therapy knowledge popularization,the corresponding principles and countermeasures in dietetic therapy popular science education were suggested.This study will be helpful to the popularization of dietetic therapy knowledge,health maintenance,disease prevention and treatment of the elderly.
