摘要
目的探讨加强围手术期护理对老年患者髋部骨折手术后的康复效果影响。方法回顾性分析2007年6月～2010年6月年本科收治随访6～36个月（平均18个月），应用Harris功能评分标准进行评分的98例老年髋部骨折患者，护理上根据老年患者的生理及心理特点，全面评估患者的健康状况，制订并实施有针对性的护理计划。结果68例患者康复结果判断为优，良18例，可8例，差3例，优良率达89．9％。结论加强老年髋部骨折患者围手术期康复护理可以提高手术成功率，减少相关并发症，促进患者康复。
Objective： To figure out the effect of intensive perioperative nursing care on recovery of old patients with hip fracture. Methods： 98 old patients with hip fracture during June 2007and June 2010 were conducted with intensive perioperative nursing care. The nurses comprehensively assessd the health status of the patients andconducted specific nursing care plans according to the patients＇physical and psychological characteristics. The Harris scores were rated after 6 to 36 months＇follow - up. Results ： 89.9% of the patients were rated as excllent or good recovery. Conclusion ： Intensive perioperative nursing care could improve the success rate of operations, reduce the rate of complications, and promote patients＇recovery.
