摘要
采用SEM对一次短路熔珠根部断口气孔分布特点进行了分析研究;首次测量了一次短路熔珠内部气孔的具体尺寸。统计结果表明,铜导线短路熔珠断面气孔分布密集、气孔大小均匀、细密,以小气孔为主,有少量大气孔。这种分布特征为寻找一次短路鉴别判据提供参考。
The pore distribution characteristics in the root fracture of primary short circuit melted bed were studied by SEM.The sizes of pores were measured firstly.The statistical results showed that the pores in the fracture of short circuit melted bed of copper conductor were in uniform size and distributed densely.Most pores were small ones,and only a few pores were large ones.The pore distribution characteristics provided reference for the criterion of primary short circuit.
