摘要
日本农村社会养老保险制度呈现出制度建设的渐进性、明确政府的首要责任、筹资渠道的多元化、基金管理的法制化和商业化等特点,这对我国农村社会养老保险商业化运作模式的构建提供了有益的借鉴。
Rural social endowment insurance system-in Japan presents a number of characteristics,such as,progressive institution building,clearly the Government＇s primary responsibility,the diversification of funding sources,the commercialization and the legal system of fund management.These characteristics will provide a useful reference of Chinese rural social pension insurance construction.
