摘要
通过对Co基WC-TiC-TaC多元复合硬质合金覆层中颗粒相的行为特征的研究表明,从激光熔覆层底部到顶部TiC颗粒呈梯度递增分布,并伴有一定的聚集长大现象;而WC,TaC出现碎化(熔化烧损)现象,且熔化烧损程度大干TiC.熔覆层中明显出现以TiC为黑色芯部,以(W,Ti,Ta)C复式碳化物为外围的包覆结构,且在熔覆层顶部最表层及熔覆层与基体结合区分别出现了在液相凝固过程中产生的含有W,Ti,Ta的“鱼骨状”
Observation of the behavior characteristics of particle phases in laser cladding WC-TiC-TaC/Co ba8ed ceramic-metal composite coating showed that TiC particles exhibit a continuousincrease in amounts from the bottom to the top of clad layer, and partial TiC particles gather and becomelarge. Partial WC and TaC particles exhibit smashing phenomenon (heat damage), and the degree of heatdamage of both WC and TaC particles is much more serious than that of TiC particles. Experimenialresults a1so showed that there exists obviously a surrounding structure (Ti,W,Ta)C at edge of carbonitridephase TiC in clad coating, in addition, ledeburite with shape of fish-bone is generated in the t0ppestregion of clad coating and coarser eutectic microstructure is generated in bonding zone 0f clad coating inthe liquid state solidifying process, and both of these dricrostructures contain W,Ti and Ta etc. elements.
