摘要
目的观察欣母沛在治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效。方法选择因宫缩乏力在胎儿娩出至产后2h内出血量≥500ml的患者37例,在用常规方法治疗无效后,采用欣母沛宫体注射,重复使用间隔15min。结果 37例患者中,有35例疗效显著,有效率达94.6%,无效2例均为伴有前置胎盘。结论欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血疗效显著,但应早期应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemabate in postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony.Methods The 37 patients who had postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony were given an injection of hemebate intracervically,after no response to eonventional thearapies.The time interval between multiple doses was about 15 minutes.Results 35 of 37 patients achieved good effect,the effective rate was 94.6%.Void 2 cases are associated with placenta previa.Conclusion Hemebate is effective in the treatment of Postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine atony,but it did best early on.
