利用Fenton试剂制备甘露糖醛酸系列寡糖研究

摘要 目的建立用Fenton试剂制备甘露糖醛酸系列寡糖的方法。方法利用Fenton试剂降解聚甘露糖醛酸,经分离和纯化得到系列甘露糖醛酸寡糖。结果制得了纯度高的甘露糖醛酸二糖、三糖、四糖、五糖、六糖、七糖和八糖等系列寡糖。结论本研究建立了Fenton试剂制备甘露糖醛酸系列寡糖的方法,丰富了褐藻胶降解的方法,为其他多糖的降解提供了借鉴。 Objective To establish a method for the preparation of series oligomannuronic acids using fenton reagent.Methods Fenton reagent was used to depolymerize polymannuronic acid to harvest series oligomannuronic acids followed by separation and purification.Results The purified di-,tri-,tetra-,penta-,hexa-,hepta-,and octa-mannuronic acid were harvested.Conclusion The established method for preparation of series oligomannuronic acids using fenton reagent inriched the depolymerized method of alginate and could be used for reference to the depolymerization of the other polysaccharides.
