Mapinfo is a popular Geography Information System, Telecommunication Line Graphics System is a distributed graphicsinformation system based on Mapinfo, used to graphically manage the telecommunication lines of all over the country in three levels whichare telecommunication-bureau-gereral/province/city. In addition to the design and implemen tation of graphics information exchanging, thedistributinn of graphics data and data consistency about DDB are discussed
