摘要
目的观察鼻内镜下腺样体切除治疗伴有腺样体肥大儿童鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法 56例儿童鼻窦炎实施鼻内镜引导下腺样体切除,选同时期性别、年龄、病情相匹配的慢性鼻窦炎患儿30例作为对照应用单纯药物治疗,均随访6个月以上。结果腺样体切除组有效率达91.1%(51/56),单纯药物治疗组63.3%(19/30),差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下腺样体切除术优于单纯药物治疗,是治疗儿童鼻窦炎的一种有效方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pediatric chronic rhinosinusitis after nasal endoscopy-assisted adenoidectomy.Metheds 56 cases underwent endoscopy-assisted adenoidectomy,while 30 cases matched took medication as control group,both groups were followed up for 6 months.ResultsThe efficacy was 91.1%（51/56）in the adenoidectomy group whereas 63.3%（19/30）in the medication group.They showed statistical significance between the groups（P〈0.05）.ConclusionNasal endoscopy-assisted adenoidectomy outweighs medication,which deserve generalization in clinic as an effective method in Pediatric Chronic Rhinosinusitis.
