摘要
目的探讨舒降之对稳定性心绞痛患者血脂的影响。方法选择80例诊断明确的稳定性心绞痛患者,随机分成两组,在常规治疗的基础上治疗组给予辛伐他汀(默沙东制药有限公司生产)20mg,每日晚顿服,4周为1疗程,连续用药3个疗程,观察治疗前后血脂浓度的变化。结果使用辛伐他汀治疗后的患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白显著降低、高密度脂蛋白上升。结论应用辛伐他汀治疗稳定型心绞痛能有效降低血脂水平。
Objective To investigate the stability of simvastatin on blood lipids of patients with angina pectoris.Methods Totally 80 patients with definite diagnosis of unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups,in the conventional therapy group received treatment on the basis of simvastatin（Merck Pharmaceutical Co） 20mg,Daily evening,4 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous administration of three courses,observed changes in blood lipid levels before and after treatment.Results After treatment with simvastatin in patients with serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein decreased significantly,increased high-density lipoprotein. Conclusions The treatment of stable angina pectoris with simvastatin can effectively lower blood lipid levels.
