眶下裂法测量下颌偏斜程度的研究

摘要 目的:探讨一种测量下颌偏斜程度新方法(眶下裂法)的临床应用价值。方法:选择20例骨性下颌偏斜患者,由6名不同年资医师分别独立运用棘孔法和眶下裂法对下颌偏斜程度进行2次测量(单盲法),对2次测量结果进行配对t检验。结果:①6名医师2次测量结果自身比较,棘孔法除1名医师重复测量结果差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余5名医师重复测量结果差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。眶下裂法6名医师重复测量结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②相同年资及不同年资医师间第1次测量值比较,结果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),差异与测量者的经验无直接相关。结论:与棘孔法相比,眶下裂法具有测量点明确、操作方便、测量结果误差小、重复性好等优点。 Objective: To explore the clinical application value of inferior orbitaljissure method, which is a new method to measure the degree of mandibular deviation. Method: 20 patients with mandibular deviation were adopted in this study, the mandibular deviation degree of every patient was measured by six different physicians who used the foramen spinosum method and inferior orbitaljissure method respectively, each method were repeated twice (single-blind method), the results were tested by paired T test. Result:① The twice results of foramen spinosum method obtained by the same physicians were compared, only 1 physician's result had no significant difference (P 〉0.05), the other five physicians'results all had significant differences (P 〈0.05): Meanwhile, the twice results of inferior orbitaljissure method obtained by the same physicians were also compared, the compared results of the 6 physicians were no significant differences (P 〉0.05). ②The first measurement results obtained by the same degree or different degree physicians were compared, the results had no statistical difference (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: Compared with foramen spinosum method, the inferior orbitaljissure method has many advantages, such as accurate measuring points, easy to operate, small measurement error and good reproducibility, which is worthy of clinical trial and promotion.
