摘要
为了减少钻井和压裂作业时油田化学工作液的总耗材量和总排放量,实现油田钻井-压裂水基基础工作液通用,以无固相钻井液作为基础,通过选择具有良好生物降解性和储层保护性能的杂多糖SJ作为主剂,优选主要的添加剂及其适宜加量,确定出一种可转化为压裂液的杂多糖无固相钻井液的基础配方,并对其性能进行了评价。结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的流变性和抑制性,滤失量小于6 mL,能够抵抗2 800 mg/L的Ca2+、1 900 mg/L的Mg2+和2 500 mg/L的K+的污染;抗温达120℃,符合钻井-压裂水基基础工作液通用转化技术要求。
A heteropoly carbohydrate solids-free drilling fluid is developed to reduce the total consumption and discharge capacity of working fluid during drilling and fracturing operation,and make drilling-fracturing water base working fluid into all-purpose working fluid.Choosing heteropoly carbohydrate SJ with good biodegradability and formation permeability as main additive and optimizing other additives,heteropoly carbohydrate solids-free drilling fluid shows good rheology,inhibition and capacity of anti-pollution of Ca2+(2,800 mg/L),Mg2+(1,900 mg/L),K+(2,500 mg/L).The filtration rate is less than 6 mL,the fluid is stable at a temperature of 120℃.
