摘要
煤炭的联合制样设备关系到火力发电厂煤样的代表性,其性能直接影响电厂的安全经济性。基于火电厂常用的联合制样设备的结构,分析了此类设备制样偏差的影响因素,指出现存验收方法的不足,提出验收补充内容以判断误差来源。为介绍正确的检验方法,给出了某联合制样设备的验收实例。
The combined coal sampling equipment is essential to the representativeness of prepared coal samples in thermal power plants,its performance directly affecting safety and economic efficiency of power plants.Based on the structure of combined coal sampling equipment commonly used in thermal power plants,the affecting factors on deviation appeared in coal sample preparation by using combined coal sampling equipment of this kind have been analysed,the insufficiency in existing acceptance method being pointed out,and additional content for acceptance being put forward,so as to judge the source of errors.In order to present correct checking method,practical examples in acceptance of a combined coal sampling equipment have been given.
