摘要
教师尤其是我国教师普遍承受着沉重的职业压力。职业压力对教师的影响有积极和消极两类,当压力超过中等强度时才会产生消极影响。职业压力对教师的消极影响主要表现在消极情绪、消极行为的产生甚至导致心理疾病的出现,因此,教师群体应该成为社会重点关注的群体。研究表明,教师压力主要来源于升学率的压力、工作负荷的压力、职业声望的压力和职业聘任的压力,从这四个方面关心教师才能真正减少教师职业压力的消极影响。
Teachers in China commonly are suffering a lot from their work.Occupational pressures on teachers have positive and negative impacts.When the pressures exceed moderate intensity,it will produce negative effects.It can even lead to mental illnesses.Therefore,our society should focus much attention on the teachers＇mental health.The study shows that occupational pressures of teachers are from the College Entrance Examination,the over burden of jobs,the occupation reputation and the occupation engagement.Only if we care about the teachers in these four aspects can we really free them from the negative effects of their occupation pressures.
