摘要 分别对以7-甲氧基-1-萘满酮,3-甲氧基苊醌,(7-甲氧基-3,4-二氢-1-萘基)乙腈和(7-甲氧基-1-萘基)甲醇为起始原料合成抗抑郁药物阿戈美拉汀的新方法进行了归纳、比较与评述。参考文献13篇。 This paper summarized synthesis methods with 7-methoxy-1-tetralone,3-methoxy-acenaphthoquinone,(7-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-1-naphthalenyl)acetonitrile and(7-methoxy-1-naphthalenyl)methanol as the starting material about antidepressant drugs agomelatine,then compared and evaluated them.Thirteen references were cited.
