摘要
放射治疗是非小细胞肺癌重要的局部治疗手段,而治疗失败的主要原因是局部未控或复发。因此,精确的放疗计划的制订是治疗成功的关键,而治疗靶区的确定及精确勾画是最重要的第一步。其中主要包括对大体肿瘤体积原发病灶、大体肿瘤体积阳性淋巴结引流区、临床靶体积、计划靶体积的正确理解及界定。在此对目前非小细胞肺癌的三维适形放射治疗中关于靶区勾画方面予以综述。
three-dimensional conformal radiation theraphy is an important means of local treatment for non-small cell lung cancer.The treatment failure is mainly due to local control failure or recurrence.So,the accurate radiation plan is the key to successful treatment,while the treatment target identification and precise outline is the primary step,which mainly includes the correct understanding and definition of the gross tumor volume primary lesions,the positive lymph nodes regions of gross tumor volume,the clinical target volume and the planned target volume.This paper is an up-to-date review on the three-dimensional conformal radiation theraphy for non-small cell lung cancer.
