摘要 1脓毒症 中华医学会儿科学分会急救学组对全国14家三级甲等儿童医院或综合医院儿科重症监护室（PICU）进行了脓毒症的流行病学调查,共纳入危重患儿7123例,其中脓毒症1452例,严重脓毒症454例,脓毒性休克209例,危重患儿的脓毒症、严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克患病率分别为20.4%、6.4%和2.9%,病死率分别为6.5%,29.9%和45.5%,
