医患沟通障碍因素分析及对策研究——基于B市5家三甲医院的实地调查 被引量:9

摘要 良好的沟通是构建和谐友好、相互信任的医患关系的桥梁和手段。本次调查显示,医患沟通状况总体良好,但在沟通过程中医方、患方及传达工具(病历)等环节均存在一定的障碍因素,如存在医患沟通不足、医患双方认知差异较大、医务人员语言不当、患者接受医学信息的能力有限等问题,这是引起医患矛盾甚至医患纠纷的重要原因。因此,加强医患沟通,化解医患沟通障碍对构建和谐医患关系显得尤为重要。 Good communication is the bridge and the means in constructing harmonious friendly,mutual trust doctor-patient relationship.This investigation shows the status of doctor-patient communication is generally good,but there are some disorders in doctors,patients,conveying tools(medical records) and so on in the process of communication.For example,lacking of communication and cognitive differences between doctors and patients,inappropriate language is used by doctors,the ability to accept medical information is limited for patients and so on.These are important causes of doctor-patient conflicts even and disputes.Therefore,enhancing doctor-patient communication and resolving communication disorders are particularly important for constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This paper analyzes the disorders in the processes of communication between doctors and patients,to provide rational suggestions on resolving the doctor-patient communication disorders.
