摘要
实验室研究了一种屈服强度为690 MPa级特厚高强调质钢板的工艺与性能之间的关系。结果表明:采用低C并添加Cr、Mo、V的合金成分设计,经厚板轧制后,通过900℃淬火+650℃回火调质处理,实验钢板可以获得最佳的组织和性能,满足ASTM517Q标准对100 mm厚特厚钢板的强度及冲击韧度的要求。
The relationship between process,microstructure and mechanical properties of high strength ultra heavy plate with 100 mm thickness,which is low carbon,Cr-Ni-Mo alloying composition designed,was investigated in laboratory.The results show that the optimal microstructure and properties can be obtained by quenching at 900 ℃ and tempering at 650 ℃.The mechanical properties of the plate can meet the requirements of ASTM517Q specification.
