摘要
【目的】建立行气破瘀胶囊的质量控制标准。【方法】采用薄层色谱法对行气破瘀胶囊的有效成分进行定性分析,然后通过高效液相色谱法对胶囊中赤芍的主要活性成分芍药苷进行含量测定。【结果】TCL鉴定方法专属性强;芍药苷在0.1592～1.59μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD值为0.32%(n=6)。【结论】所建立的方法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可用于行气破瘀胶囊的质量控制。
[Objective] To establish the quality standard of XingQiPoYu capsules. [ Methods ] The active components of XingQiPoYu capsules were determined by the thin-layers chromatography（TLC） method, while HPLC was used for the determination of paeoniflorin in the sample. [ Results] The TEL identification was highly specific and the spots were clear. The linear range of paeoniflorin was from 0.1592 Ixg to 1.59 IJ.g. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 99.2% and RSD was 0.32%（n = 6）. [Conclusion] The constructed method was proved to be simple, accurate and had good repetitions, thus it is reasonable that the content of the paeoniflorin can be used to establish the quality standard of XingQiPoYu capsules.
