血清甲胎蛋白、a-L-岩藻糖苷酶及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)联合检测在原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断中的应用价值。方法对78例PHC(PHC组),40例肝硬化(肝硬化组),40例正常人(正常组)同时进行AFP、AFU和GGT的检测,其中AFP采用化学发光免疫分析法,AFU和GGT采用化学比色速率法检测。结果 PHC组的AFP、AFU和GGT水平最高,肝硬化组次之,正常组最低,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);AFP+AFU+GGT3者联合检测用于诊断PHC的敏感性、特异性和准确性分别为100.0%、93.8%和96.8%,均明显高于单一指标,且3者联合检测的准确性明显高于AFP+AFU或AFP+GGT两者联合检测(P<0.05)。结论 AFP、AFU和GGT联合检测可提高PHC的诊断率。
