摘要
以上海世博会满意度调查的实际调查结果为基础,对上海世博会服务质量的14个主要指标进行量化评价分析,并根据上海世博会观众的性别差异加以细化辨识,以期对上海世博会的服务质量及观众满意度指标作出客观、系统的评价。
Based on the results of the survey on the satisfaction of the Shanghai World Expo,the quantitative evaluation of the 14 major quality indicators of the service of the Shanghai World Expo was conducted.And the results were further analyzed according to the audience's gender differences.The paper hopes to give an objective and systematic evaluation over the quality of the service and the audience's satisfaction indexes.
