摘要
以MgCl2·6H2O和NH3·H2O为原料,采用直接沉淀法合成超细粉体氧化镁。考察了影响粉体质量的各种因素,获得最佳工艺条件,并对产品的结构性能进行了表征。所得超细粉体呈立方晶型,平均粒径62nm,分散性好,收率较高。
MgO ultrafine powder were prepared from MgCl2·6H2O and NH3·H2O by direct Precipitation method. The most favorable experi-ment conditions for the synthesis of MgO UFP have been researched. XRD, TG, DSC and TEM examinations were used to investigate the characteristic of the sample. The cubic MgO UFP product has an average diameter of 62nm with good dispersity and yield.
