摘要
本文通过对１００名在ＷＩＳＣ—ＣＲ测量中表现为ＶＩＱ低下的右利手儿童就其在智力水平、智力因素及临床资料进行了分析，并与１００名正常智力儿童相对照进行了研究，结果表明ＶＩＱ明显减退是造成儿童学习困难的重要因素之一，ＶＩＱ减退的原因可能与儿童左侧大脑半球功能障碍和左侧大脑半球结构异常有关。
This article analyses the intellectual level,intellectual factors and clinical data of 100 children with righthandeness which reduced obvious VIQ through WISC - CR measurement, and compared them with those ofNormal chidren. Results showed VIQ reduced obvious was one of the important foctors which influenced childrens learning ability. Dysability of cerebral function lateralization was related to abnormality of left hemispherisestructure lateralization.
