摘要
以岭澳二期核电站数字化仪控系统DCS为背景,介绍了在此基础上开展的传感器故障分析工作,通过实例介绍了岭澳二期DCS缺省值分析和实现方法。对于传感器信号漂移问题,提出了偏差报警的设计方案。文中的分析方法对指导DCS设计,提高DCS的可靠性有重要意义。
The Digital Control System(DCS) has been applied in Ling ao phase 2 nuclear power plants,the work of behavior analysis on sensors,malfunction based on the digital control system is introduced,the analysis approaches and the implementations of DCS fallback value are presented thanks to several examples.For sensors,signal drift,the deviation alarm is suggested.The analysis approaches referred in the paper can be beneficial to the DCS design and the enhancement of the DCS reliability.
